For Okayu EN fans: this is an anecdote from a chat stream, retelling how Okayu got teased by a childhood friend called Akuma (literally “Devil”)-chan. Basically, Akuma-chan once let Okayu talk non-stop for 15 minutes because she found it funny that Okayu can chatter without realizing the other person hasn’t even responding/only pretending to listen.
